Place-Holder.

This post is a place-holder.  It is simply to share photos with you of Detox Smoothies for Days #3, 4, & 5.

Ingredients.  Veggie-Veggie Fruit-Fruit Smoothie
- 1/4 cucumber (peeled & sliced)
- 1 carrot (sliced)
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
- splash of white grape juice
- 2 pears (peeled & sliced)
- 1 red apple (peeled & slice)
- 1 inch of fresh ginger (skin removed)
- 1 slice of peach
- 3 stalks of kale (destemmed & finely chopped)
